Interview with Hannah Willsmore

Hannah is a Midwife in private practice and award winning childbirth educator based in Adelaide, South Australia. With her background working as a Midwife in multiple hospitals over the past six years she knows the 'ins-and-outs' of the maternity system here in Australia, and is passionate about helping women to achieve a positive pregnancy, birth and postnatal experience.

She has completed further study including becoming a certified Hypnobirthing Australia Practitioner, graduating as a Beautiful You Coaching Academy Life Coach and completing postgraduate midwifery studies in Prescribing, Screening and Diagnostics which allows her to prescribe medications and order ultrasounds/blood tests when necessary.

She has a passion for education and holistic, evidence based care, and strives to support women to thrive, not merely survive in their new role. She currently offers a variety of midwifery services including postnatal in home care packages and Hypnobirthing Australia courses, as well as video and phone consults for women not in SA.

Postpartum Nourishment By Diana Krisanski

Diana is a qualified clinical nutritionist with a Bachelor in Health Science (Clinical Nutrition) and a love for cooking. She has a passion for experimenting with flavours and ingredients, creating new recipes and menus that can be easily implemented into a busy family.

Diana has a keen interest in children’s health and health education. She assists families to improve the health and wellbeing of their little ones through diet; creating healthy, delicious and allergy friendly meals for even the fussiest of eaters.

Diana works closely with pilates and yoga instructors creating programmes and educational tools for their clients as well as private practice. Her nutritional expertise can assist with fatigue, immune dysfunction, gastrointestinal disturbances, food sensitivities, nutritional deficiencies as well as general health and wellbeing. She is available for in person or online consults.
