Did you know what you place on your skin, ends up in your bloodstream? This is something I’m constantly reminding my girls when they attempt to draw on their skin.

The movement of low-tox and body skin care products is starting to gain momentum as people are finding out about the harmful ingredients that make up their fav products.

You're most likely aware of this for skin & body care products, but something that is often ignored is the fact that what you wear closest to your skin, can also impact your health, particularly your hormones.

Did the penny just drop? Are you thinking about all the items that make up your wardrobe?

Over the past couple of years, I’ve been much more conscious about the choices I make when purchasing clothes- opting for less, higher quality items, or those I will get the most wear from. But there'e something more important I'm looking at- the material it's made from.

Today, I discuss an overlooked but incredibly important topic: the materials we surround ourselves with daily—our clothing, bedding, and even towels—and how they can impact hormone health.

Plus, I share healthier, low-tox alternatives and practises that support your hormone health, fertility and so much more.
